How we handle your data

Short version: we ask for the minimum we need to send you the session link and (rarely) tell you about the next one. We don't sell your data, and you can unsubscribe in one click.

What we collect

When you register for a session, we ask for your name, email, phone, role, experience level, and where you heard about us. We use this to (a) email you the session link and reminders, and (b) understand who we're building for.

Who sees it

Only Edler Hub. We don't share registrant data with the speakers or session partners unless you opt in to that at registration.

How long we keep it

For as long as you want to hear from us. Reply to any of our emails with "remove me" and we delete you the same day.
